ESTATE GIVING ~ YOUR LEGACY
Many of us devote our time, talent and contributions because it’s the right thing to do. We also gain a sense of satisfaction through our generosity. Supporting an important cause has a powerful impact on the lives of others. Showing support through a gift in your will or trust will extend your touch for years to come and let those people and causes you care about know how important they are to you. As Friends of the Beaufort Library, we support Beaufort County Library programs that expand the imagination, instill a love of learning and teach skills for everyone, from toddlers to seniors. By supporting the Beaufort County Library through the Friends, you will improve the chances for everyone in our community to have a better life – the opportunity is there. Love of learning is essential to success in life, no matter what the pursuit.
Estate planning sounds complex but it can be as simple as changing the beneficiary on your investments accounts. All you need to know to designate the Beaufort Friends organization as the beneficiary of your largess and foresight is our Tax ID and legal name. We are happy to accept your donation of books, CDs, audio books, DVDs and even LPs.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Anything we can’t use must be recycled, and that is a library expense
Please check back periodically as our status on donations changes when space becomes limited. Thank you for your understanding and overwhelming support!
NOTE: Magazines may be placed in the free magazine box, inside the Scott St. Library.
All donated materials become the property of the Friends of Beaufort Library and will be used in a manner that best benefits our libraries.
